BCV Recipes- Super Food Smoothie


This smoothie recipe comes from Colin, an associate at BCV. He says it can work out to be both breakfast and lunch, perfect on days when preparing two meals doesn’t sound like fun…

Super Food Smoothie

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup coconut water

1 banana

½ cup blueberries

½ cup green grapes

½ scoop strawberry flavored Whey Protein

½ avocado

1 tbspn chia seeds

2 tbspns goji berries

1/2 cup raw kale

½ cup raw spinach

½ of a red bell pepper

1 cup water

Approx. 6-8 ice cubes

Blend it all up!

about 500-600 total calories (also Vegan!)
