Following a soft opening over the weekend, the new Santa Barbara Public Market opened for business today. Offering an array of regionally sourced sustainable food options, including Belcampo Meat Co., the market also features a commissary kitchen that will host cooking classes, local chef highlights and winemaker dinners.
Belcampo’s Santa Barbara location opened shortly after the launch of its butcher shop and lunch counter in LA’s Grand Central Market, which has been getting rave reviews so far.
