A New Marketplace for Market Square

Market on Market Opening 01

The Market opened its doors in Market Square today, the first of several retail and restaurant projects to come this winter and spring. Open to the public daily from 7am to 10pm, The Market brings together local purveyors, specialty products and a handful of prepared food options in an expansive 22,000 square foot space.

BCV collaborated with RMW, BNBuilders and Page & Turnbull on the overall redevelopment of Market Square. The renovation reveals the true beauty of the building’s industrial and Art Deco character and a redesigned ground-floor layout that encompasses a new lobby and elevator core for the building’s office tenants, as well as individual spaces and a grand market hall dedicated to food retail.

The Market has three sit-down dining areas, including a sushi/oyster bar and a tapas bar, as well as six quick-service spots. Nuubia chocolates, EO (a body-care products company), Project Juice, and Farmgirl Flowers all have kiosks within the Market.
