Why PigBlog?

An integral part of BCV culture, PigDog was a white elephant gift turned BCV softball team mascot. Half pig, half dog, this odd taxidermied creature found at a garage sale was given as a joke gift one year. Little did we know  that it would be re-gifted in subsequent years, until it won a place in the office and became our unofficial mascot. PigDog grew to have a certain notoriety, and was kidnapped and held for ransom many times, always to return to its BCV home. Sadly, one day it vanished without a trace. That was years ago, and so the memory lives on in the hopes it will return home as mysteriously as it disappeared…. PigBlog is named in memory of PigDog.
